Worst bank ever, froze all my accounts because I deposited a check they flagged as fraud even though it was verified the check had cleared. Not only did they lock my accounts for over a week they passed the buck continuously as no one knew what they were doing. Arnold at the St. Petersburg FL used the Lords name in vain as he yelled over the top screaming @oh Jesus Christ”. Horrible bank.

This is by far the most greedy financial institution of them all in my experience. I had an account with them for years with only one instance of being overdrawn. Then when the plandemic started to get played out my boyfriend lost his job and i had to take out a loan with one of those high interest places, then another and so on. It got to the point that as soon as i was paid the entire paycheck and then some went to automatic loan payments. I then was having to overdraft it even more on things we needed just to survive. They claim they would help customers out with these things during covid. They wouldn't reverse one charge. I'm talking well over $2,000 just in their $35 a pop charges in a matter of months. Not only would they not help me, they acted like i was crazy for thinking they would. Stay away from this place.

We went to a Florida Regions Bank this morning to close out a CD. I had questions about interest accruing during my 10 day grace period. The Financial Consultant I dealt with had no clue. She called her manager over, who was even more clueless, and dismissed our question with "I guess not, whatever the computer does is right" and then walked away. Both these employees did not look professional, act professional and appeared to be untrained. Our Representative was chewing gum! We earlier asked about annuities, and she explained those reps travel from bank to bank and it's best to make an appointment with them and not to call them. Well, there is no chance I'm dealing with anyone connected to Regions, I still have accounts at Regions, but those will be closed out as they come due. Unsure if these two people are trainable, but they sure need help knowing their products and how to deal with people.

I closed my business checking accounts with Regions because of their horrible customer service, constant issues with errors, poor communication. But that's two hours of my life I'll never get back trying to explain. However, I still have two commercial credit cards on two businesses. Because it's a little harder to open new business credit cards with the grueling application process I have suffered through keeping the Regions cards. We make about $4,000 in purchases each month on both business cards and pay the balance in full so Regions doesn't make any money off of us. However, like clockwork, about 4 times per year, I will not receive my statement and the following month get hit with late fees and interest rates. I have learned to recognize the pattern now and wonder if any other businesses have had the same experience. I would love to see a class action suit against them because there is no doubt in mind this is intentional.

I am currently shopping for a new bank. I only have a savings account. I visited a Montgomery AL branch attempting to withdraw money, to my surprise my ATM card had expired. I went inside the branch updated my address and the banking associate ordered my replacement although she expressed she wasn't experienced in doing so. I ordered the card March 3rd. March 10th I called customer service to verify that the order was placed correctly. The agent said yes. however since I was going out of town to visit a branch to immediately get one. I went to the branch on Mobile hwy was advised they couldn't do it there and to go to the Mcgehee road branch. I was advised then that you could only get it through customer service but again confirmed the order. March 15th still mo card, I called customer service a second time only to find the card was shipped to the wrong address even though the update came to my email as accurate. Through all of this inconvenience a manager refuses to expedite my shipping but offered it as an additional charge. Still I wait. This is extremely poor customer service and a company that shows no accountability. I will be moving my money to a competent, professional bank setting who cares about their customers. Very dissatisfied. The initial agent I had talked to didn’t understand me so she locked my account. I don’t live in the state with a nearby branch so now I’m unable to use my account. I haven’t even received any mail from them going forward.

I've been trying to send $ to my mentally challenged brother for 2 days. He went to the bank and they said we had to use zelle. But he tries to register (I tried used his account) but their website is not working. Can't call. I'm trying to find a Regions locally but their websites do not show hours. I call, no answer! ZERO customer help! My transfer to HIS number failed. He needs money YESTERDAY and is 4 hours away. Closest Tegions is over 30 miles from me. Going to ask my brother to go to another bank. Worst bank EVER.

I’d give them no stars if I could. They push through your debit transactions before your deposits… And then cause you to have overdraft… That they then charge you for… Never mind the fact you’re depositing $10,000… typically when they are all hitting at the same time they push the deposits through first… Even in their account explanation it says that is what they do… But that is not what they do… They steal your money every chance they get… And by God don’t let anyone steal your debit card… They will not refund it until it all clears… And then you have to fill out dispute forms… They fill out police reports and affidavits and you eventually get your money back in 10 to 14 days… I have never had another bank treat me so poorly… Typically when there is fraud you get your money back immediately… Do not bank with Regions… They do not care about you… They only care about making money… Even if they have to steal it from their customers
