Do not ever use regions bank trust department or private wealth management in Little Rock Arkansas. Erin Behring is a trustee and neglects her clients. My mother was at the end of her life and terrible decisions were made for her. Do not trust this bank or this trust department. Erin Behring is neglectful and careless and should never be making life-changing decisions for elderly people at the end of their life. My mother was not kept safe and died prematurely due to her decisions. Stay away from regions Bank in Little Rock Arkansas.

Dishonest bank. They don’t update your online bank balance to reflect when the payments are taken out so that they can collect more money in the form of overdraft fees. Has happened more times than I can count. Also customer service is worthless, don’t recommend this bank at all.

What a horrible bank... run! I deposited a check into my savings and they put a 14 day hold on it. When I complained they blamed it on the other bank where the check was issued. Soooo I called that bank and they said the funds were released the day after deposit. Called Regions back with this info and they told me the hold still applies. WHY? As soon as this check clears closing all my accounts which won't be easy since I have automatic deposit. But I don't care worth it.

In July 2022 I went to Regions for a 15k home equity loan. The branch manager told me that it was her mission to get credit worthy customers loans. So for ths next 2 weeks she had me jumping through hoops bringing papers to verify my military income for life. What was odd was the inordinate time she asked about my ethnicity. Then I signed an e-contract for the loan. Excited I called to see when I could get the check. At that time the manager said the loan was denied even after I had signed the contract. When I went to the bank she just shrugged and said it was denied by the underwriter. When I got the letter of credit denial it was a farce because every reason it expressed was false. I don't think anyone read the letter before they sent it. So I called USAA and they checked my credit a d told me I was eminently credit worthy. I was instantly approved, took about 10 minutes with the application and I had the check the next day. I can only conclude Regions is capricious and sketchy in their methods. I also believe Regions Bank is rascist and anti veteran. I would advise anyone to stay away from Regions Bank.

Had a transaction that was not authorized. They paid it and charged me an overdraft fee even though I had to cancel my card, go to a branch and get a new one, dispute the transaction (that's a whole other headache they do NOT make easy) and was told DO NOT PAY ANYTHING until those charges temporarily come off!! HA!!! THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER FEE!!! 2 different branches told me 2 different things then support told me something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! RUN!!!! keep your money under your mattress. Anywhere but here!!! After less than 2 months I'm closing my account today! They will eat you alive with fees you shouldn't be paying

Very unhappy with Regions customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone. Find another bank that cares more as the people do not

I depend on my bank to support my 1 1/2 year old small business. I requested a loan so I could put an additional vehicle on the road to grow and increase revenue, and they refused to give me the loan because I hadn't been open for 2 years! How can I grow and prosper if I can add the equipment I need? Do your research before you open any account with them.

This is the worst bank on earth. My bill pay service was spontaneously cut off for no reason and after being passed to 4 employees over 120 minutes, no one could figure out what is wrong. They then referred me to their "bill pay" company which is closed.
