I went to make a deposit for 2 bags and the teller refused to take the bags. This the regions bank on Lavista road. These young black folks are rude and lazy. This young nappy head boy spinning keys 🔑 in his hand. Telling me to put it it in night drop. Regions bank on Lavista road is bunch of Lazy black folks. So I went to the bank on Church St and the staff there are so pleasant they greet you as walk in and took my bags count my money with no issues.

This is the worst Credit Card Bank. The service dept is absolutely impossible to deal with. Is a constant run-around of misled information. First they submit my credit card for payment on a service that I never authorized. After disputing and complaining, they totally ignore me and begin adding late fees and finance charges. Three times contacting for waiving the fees after being confirmed by an associate over the phone that they would do that. I paid my disputed amount in full bc my husband said he didn't want to mess up with them anymore and they were going to create issues with my credit. This is still ongoing until I get a response, which I can assure it will never come. Worst customer service. I will happily just stay with my Chase and American Express!!

I have had trouble with Regions Bank since September 2022. Fraudulent check passed on my account without the correct routing number. Wasn’t even one of my checks. It took them over 2 months to return my money. Fraud department blocked my account without informing me. My rent check was returned and I had adequate money to cover account. My Land lord charged me a penalty and Regions promised to refund me. Never did receive my money. Branch gives me the runaround and won’t return phone calls. They promise 10 minute return call, then never call. My retirement check was returned to my company even though I had direct deposit for sinc 2005. Still have not received my January retirement check. The people at the branch bank are nice enough on the surface but have no power to solve problems. I feel I will have to take recourse with legal advice and representation. I’m am not this type of person and feel I have been patient. Help!

This bank just plain sucks. They do not care about 'everyday' customers. They only havbe one person working a huge and busy branch on friday. ridiculous. the last 3 times i went to regions and had to leave before i could even make a simple cash deposit. I dont have 30 minutes plus to do something that should take 5-10 minutes at most. just horrible.

Regionsbank.com has completely lied and misled me on a financial transaction. They told me they were putting my total life savings in a money market account. It was the farthest thing from the truth. We are down $50,000 few months . I would never use Regions Bank for anything. We have contacted the BBB , the Attorney General, & Regions Bank. Nobody will do anything. Please help me get the word out 1 ⭐️ all the way

been with same bank and location 50 years plus. been online w customer service (automated) 1 1/2 hours. can’t get a peep of a response

Customer BEWARE ! Opening any kind of account or associating with this financial institution (Regions Bank) will be the worst decision you’ve ever made as far as banking is concerned. The total chaos that you will experience will be as unmanageable as it will be expensive.

Once again Regions Bank charged MORE overdtaft fees in my checking account on the same day TWO depsits were made. One of which is an auto deposit. YTD I have been charged roughly $900 in overdrafts while an auto deposit was reflected. I have photos of my account proving this. It is criminal! 20 yrs banking with these folks and this is how they treat their customers. I have already complained SEVERAL times and was told to CALL their media relations poc. It's difficult to call when you're trying to work 2 jobs, care for a child with a neck injury and you're dealing with banker's hours!. I think I'll do a montage photo of all the screen captures I have showing deposits, then a few hours later regions stealing several $35 overdraft fees. What great timing to do this right before Christmas. Need to change dozs of auto bill pay drafts and child support AUTO deposits, A HUGE task and inconvenience. Look for a bank you can TRUST with your hard earned money. Avoid Regions Bank.
