I had hip treatment and spine treatment at OREME Regenexx Belgium. As a result of such treatment I have got many complications and I seriously doubt the professionalism of the surgeon who manages this clinic and who performed the procedures. First of all, he made several injections that he did not explain to me prior the procedure and for which I did not give my consent. After his failed spine injections almost for 2 months I was experiencing severe nerve pain and weakness in both legs. Hip treatment was also very questionable since after the procedure I have much more pain than before the treatment, and there is no promised improvement. I am extremely worried that he made bigger injury to my joint. In addition, his secretary is absolutely unprofessional, rude and provides very doubtful information and medical advice without being medically trained. The “surgeon” did not provide any advice with regards to my complications. He offered to come to Belgium again for another appointment to obviously get more money from my pain. I found the overall handling of this situation quite disrespectful towards a patient. As soon as they get your money, they are no longer bothered with you but in the “selling phase” they are very caring. I have never been treated like this in my whole life. It is also worth mentioning that they never contacted me after the procedure for the purposes of statistics collection for Regenexx. Therefore, it is quite questionable what is the quality of procedure outcome statistics published on Regenexx website. It must be required by law that they disclose the full information as to all of the consequences that stem cell treatments can have and how long the post-procedure pain will actually last - which is many months instead of 1-3 days as they say (or this is so because of the poor skills of the so called surgeon). There is a lot of misinformation going on and this should be stopped. My advice is to avoid OREME Regenexx Belgium. UPD. After being investigated by different doctors, it has been identified that I did not have any of the conditions for which I was treated at Oreme, meaning I was mistreated. This is going to be escalated with the relevant authorities.

Biggest ripoff ever!!! Paid $5000 for 3 treatments and totally wasn’t worth it....

Just like Maria on the next page, both of my si's were damaged afterwards, creating muscle and fasia damage to the glutes, and making my t-spine a mess!!

You know, I can see the Louisville office closing on Friday due to the Kentucky Derby, as a lot of the city does close due to the traffic and party focus, but to stay closed due to Derby til Tuesday is unacceptable. The Kentucky Derby is OVER. It was over at 7 pm on Saturday night. Are they still partying on Monday? The answering machine explicitly stated CLOSED FOR DERBY UNTIL TUESDAY. NOT FOR PERSONAL/EMERGENCY FAMILY REASONS. People don't typically close their offices over Derby from Friday til Tuesday, and if they do, I want no part of MEDICAL CARE that entails that. I'll take my business elsewhere. FYI: you lost a new customer. Your existing customers just had to deal with it. Even your head office was confused why you were closed and for so long. No one was informed. By the way, this office complained to TrustPilot about receiving a bad review in an effort to change it then tried to discredit my experience by saying I wasn’t a patient they recognized and that the office was closed for ‘personal reasons’. But for over 4 days their answering machine clearly stated they were closed for the Kentucky derby until Tuesday. Not for a personal emergency. Buyer beware.

Had several injection one time, low pain. I have regained 90%of my right schoulder I can lift light things full range of schoulder. Liftinover 20 # painful pushing wheelchair up a steep road is Difficult and cause pain .

All Staff was great - helpful and friendly throughout. I felt confident I was getting the best treatment!

Regenexx was a waste of time and money. Regenexx did not cause any pain reduction. This method should never have been tried on my knees which were not articulated--that is, they were severely bowed. The method cannot work on severely bowed legs...the only method to correct this is total knee replacement, which I have had and it has worked tremendously...I run and compete in track and field one year after two TKAs...no pain. Regenexx must not be used when the legs are severely bowed and the patient must be told this...

I have been waiting for over one month for a treatment plan from my physician for my bi-laterial L4 chronic pars defect. My physician and his office have been terrific about keeping me updated...however, the answer is always the same - "We have contacted the main Regenexx office in Colorado to confer with those doctors and have not heard back. Does it really take over a month to get an answer if it is the area of your expertise? And the question that was requested from a physician in your network? This make me skeptical of Regenexx ability to treat the condition if it takes so long to receive any type of response. Is it that the physicians don't know the answer or is it that they are too busy to respond with the answer. Either way it leaves the patient feeling abandoned and losing more and more confidence by the day.
