Things (improvements) are ongoing so I'm reserving one star.

I had my procedure (right hip) last August. Very little post op pain and followed the rehabilitation instructions to the letter. Today, I am walking 10 miles per day and performing my duties as a firefighter without pain.

Dr. Tambar is very highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with the program developed by Regenexx. I think they're for real, they have the best technology, and they're really trying to advance the science. Here's the but: you need to look at your own X-ray and talk seriously with the doctor about whether your arthritis is just too advanced for anything (short of joint replacement) to give you lasting relief. Looking back, I feel Regenexx's protocol helped my tendons and ligaments quite a bit. My hip joint itself was badly degenerated, far beyond hope as the art stands today. So my advice is to act early and maybe slow or interrupt the arthritis. But if your joint has passed the point of no return, there will be no returning.

Worked well the first few months but still have occasional pain.

I was having good results until I fell on my knee again, ruined everything that was done. Not going to try it again at this time.

I haven't had the result I hoped for, but there is some improvement.

With two knees tear meniscus due to multiple injuries and surgeries playing soccer, I decide to see a specialist and find a fantastic sport orthopedic Kenneth Akizuki MD and of course after looking at X-ray and MRI he recommended knees replacements. Thanks God, I remember that a friend of my use Regenexx and was favorably talking about is experience. I have to confirm that after two year Dr Paul Handleman bilateral stem cell treatment I am filling good and biking is my favorite sport at this time. I am far to be 100% and little bit afraid to run and work for couple miles because I am very busy on my week day, but I am anticipating to move forward with other exercises like I use to do “ Tai Chi ”. The only thing missing on all the fantastic procedure that experienced I think is the follow up at the office doctor instead of those satisfaction customer email. I would have appreciated is a follow a visual view of my knee progress from ultrasound or X-ray was provided. Thank you
