Thank you for the work together we were able to achieve over the course of the last year- I would now ask to discontinue my subscription as I have exceeded my goal and remain at this weight for the last 5 months. Please discontinue my monthly prescription and any charges associated with these deliveries. Acknowledge to me in writing you understand and will comply with my request. Problem resolved and this is a review of that Experience
Jennifer called and made sure that she understood the problem. She assured me that training would be done and it wouldn't happen again. She offered compensation. Through her customer service, I feel like ReflexMD cared. Thank you for fixing the issue and if I could remove my previous review I would. The customer service that I received today was outstanding!
