I am absolutely happy with my treatment…
I am absolutely happy with my treatment so far. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars was because UPS was suppose to deliver my package over night. They said it was undeliverable. However, I was home all day. By the time I actually received my meds. They were extremely hot. I am not sure if the medication is still good. I am waiting on a response regarding the medication.

Hello Diane, We are sorry to hear the medication was warm in your package when it arrived, but please don't worry. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.

Weight, triglycerides and cholesterol are down!
Thus far the product is working and I am suffering no ill effects. Delivery was a day later than expected. I received the package from my front door immediately. The product was room temp. and the ice packs were completely thawed. I realize that this does not reflect on ReflexMD but on the carrier and the current abnormally high temperatures.

Delivery concerns
Service with reflex MD was great package arrived very quickly but medication arrived warm...ice pack didn't have a hint of chill left to it everything was room temperature at best! What is going on it didn't used to be like this...what's changed in the past few months with shipping??

I am always pleased with the timeliness…
I am always pleased with the timeliness of the shipment, but the medications are often warm by the time the package arrives.
