Very disappointing and questionable
The provider did not follow through with what they said they'd do. Billing questions are intentionally made difficult to ask. The price to "self-inject" without the typical Wegovy pen is outrageous! From $200 for the first month to $499 for the second month. They get you with the discounted first month and make it difficult to ask pricing questions by saying you can't discuss price with the provider and can only ask billing questions to another department, after the fact. Do not trust these folks! This was a very expensive lesson learned the hard way!

I have only lost a couple of pounds and on my second month!!! I am constantly constilted!!! Do you need to increase my dosage or what??? Ty Paula

The first order was delivered with…
The first order was delivered with timely communication. Not so much for the refill. It showed as in process for a month, I inquired to the status and two weeks later was told it delivered three weeks before, at the time the order still shows “processing”. Only after the delivery went missing did they send me tracking information. Truly incompetent and terrible communication

I was sent the incorrect amount of medicine and not told. No one has acted to correct the mistake not apparently service the patient.
I was sent the incorrect amount of mediation based upon the Doctors instructions to take .5 per week after the first week which worked well the first month. However, the second month ran out after less than 3 weeks. Though the price nearly doubled the medication was reduced 50% without telling me. Not to mention the impact to results. Now through no fault of mine I have no medicine for next Monday which will affect my system and results. Communication is poor at best.

I would never use this company
I would never use this company. They dont return calls or emails. They charged my credit card without my consent or info to see if I actually wanted more medication. I emailed them multiple times. There was Not one response. I kept calling until I got someone. Eventually I did and had to fight to get a refund. I finally got it after much conversation

ReflexMD charged me then refused to prescribe meds!
ReflexMD should be upfront about additional testing and cost that will be added to the base amount for meds. I was asked to take labs AFTER I had already purchased prescribed meds. Labs cost extra, and I didn't have the funds to pay for both the prescription meds and the labs. After the first prescription, the ReflexMD doctor refused to proceed with my treatment and give a refill until the UNNECESSARY labs were completed. This was AFTER I had already been charged over $400, which was pulled from my bank account. ReflexMD did refund, but it was all unnecessary red tape that I wouldn't have had to endure if the company was upfront in the first place. I changed to a different online company, and as suspected, the prescription I was given does NOT require labs. I've also received the same medication for HALF the $450 price on ReflexMD.
