They do not read your requests, do not care about their patients. The only thing they are consistent about is charging my account without checking with me to verify if that is what I want. I would never recommend them.

My first shipment was terrific, then I had some difficulties getting 2nd order set up. First order arrived and I was so impressed with how packaged and delivered by FedEx, marked perishable had 2 ice packs still almost frozen. I felt like the shipping process was amazing. My second order arrived Friday at end of day. Arrived UPS. Icepack hot, crazy hot, box not marked perishable or keep cold just time sensitive. The vials are smaller and are in pill bottles, do not appear to come from pharmacy that previously shipped. I paid for 3 month subscription. Supposed to take my next shot tomorrow but because of the incontinuity. No actual response from customer service or from my coach. I am sorely disappointed. Wondering if I can get my money back and return the product. I'm sad thst they do not have measures the same. I don't even know if I have the correct amount either. Update finally got through to them. I am still not happy, so they explained that they added to the. Semiglutide to make shelf stable basically. And that a different pharmacy is now handling tge prescription. As well as what I thought was semiglutide is now compounded semiglutide. My head hurts.

I have previously taken, semaglutide through a medical clinic and had success losing weight. For my last 30 pounds I decided to switch over to reflex MD because it was cheaper but still almost $500 a month. They put me back at the very lowest dosage after l had already been on it. I lost very little weight in the first 3 to 4 months. Then the weight loss just stopped. My hunger was never suppressed and my energy was nonexistent. They continuously process my payments early, when I was barely on my 2nd week of medication. When I finally decided to stop ordering from this company, the lady who contacted me then offered to give me 3 more months at a discounted rate of over $200 off a month. I was honestly furious. The only thing that company cares about is the money.

it is 10:15 at night and the package was just delivered. It was hot. This was not UPS's fault. There are no markings anywhere on the box or anywhere else saying it should be refrigerated. The packaging is also totally different from earlier shipments. I am not even sure it is safe to use. After all the hassle to get it here, this is the icing on the cake. What am I supposed to do?

I received my 3rd package and this time it was from a different pharmacy than the previous packages. It arrived hot, the ice pack was completely defrosted. The semaglutide was in a pill bottle so I thought it was nausea medicine at first. I didn't receive a shipping notification, so I am not sure when it shipped. It came UPS this time and there was a silver bubble wrap liner with the bag containing the medication and syringes in it and a defrosted ice pack. The entire contents of the box were hot. I am not sure the medicine is any good. I have tried contacting customer service but have not heard back from them.

Your cat meant changed shippers. It’s a hit med when it arrives. I’ve complained and you haven’t resolved. So please stopped shipping product as I’m fearful to use. It’s too hot. Unrefrigerated or cold as required. No more product from Reflex.

I am very disappointed, my medication arrived warm. The chill pack was warm as well. Kyle
