I have the opportunity to speak with Courtney. She answered every single question I had even though I started out with I know this is a stupid question. It was nice talking to somebody who had all the answers and they didn’t have to say let me talk to somebody else and get back to you. She was very knowledgeable and probably the primary reason I signed up with your company versus any other

Jennifer is a wonderful spokesperson
Jennifer was knowledgeable and kind. Explained different programs and costs and didn’t feel any pressure or need to use. I did the one month and lost 20 lbs. I ordered the 3 months supply and am using it. I felt like she was concerned about me like a friend and truly appreciated her.

Easy onboarding
I can only review the sign up portion at this point. Courtney was very personable and supportive and informative. It was easy as 1-2-3. Now I will start the journey.

Kristin was exceptional
Kristin was exceptional! I mean she actually listened to me with sincerity and respect. “Now a days that’s huge”. She was so professional and resolved my situation and gave me a better understanding of what to expect. Educating someone is so beneficial when it comes to your health. Wonderful customer service
I’ve been working with ReflexMD for almost a year. I’ve lost close to 100 lbs and I’m enjoying the ease of the whole process but finances caught up with me and I was going to have to cancel before I’d hit my goal weight. I talked with Patrick Varisco and he helped get the monthly cost down for a while so that I could get to my goal. I’m very grateful and excited that I get to continue my weight loss journey!
