Overall in the 2nd month
Overall, my experience has been seamless in obtaining my medication; however, I am still waiting for the medications to be more effective. I have only increased my dose once and am in the 2nd month.

Wonderful experience
Prompt friendly response to any questions and reminder of payment prior to deducted. Providers are also very pleasant and non judgemental. My experience thus far has been great.

It has been wonderful
It has been wonderful. On time delivery and perfect description of plan of care. I have one problem and that is the price. My husband is getting a much better price from a different pharmacy and provider. $299.00 per monthly vial.

Delivery was earlier then the time…
Delivery was earlier then the time given. Supply was delivered in a styrofoam box, but the ice pack was totally melterd

Hello Anna, We are sorry to hear the ice packs in your shipment were melted. If your package arrived and the medication was warm, don't worry. Sometimes, packages get delayed, or you may not have gotten to it in time after delivery. The ice packs and packaging were validated to keep the medication at a safe temperature during transit even during the hottest weather for an extended time frame. Additionally, the pharmacy has subjected its proprietary formulations to cGMP stability studies and has confirmed that their drug maintains its integrity even under extreme conditions. Your medications can withstand temperatures well above 100°F and still meet potency specifications, even if your package sits for a couple of days at these elevated temperatures after the ice packs have melted.
