My package arrived 10 minutes ago
My package arrived 10 minutes ago. It was warm as well as the ice pack. There was no dampness at all. The 2 med boxes were warm as well. The shipping box had nothing written on it like “Refrigerate”. I don’t feel this delivery is safe to use. Please forward a new cold medication.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. My first order was perfect, so I signed up for a 3 month supply for $900. The package sent had NO medication in it. I reported it to ReflexMD. They confirmed I was not the first person that this happened to and appeared to be working with the pharmacy to get it fixed, but then stopped communicating and responding to me. At best, they are incompetent - at worst this is fraud.

Condition of shipment was unacceptable
My 3 month order of semaglutide was delivered yesterday. From Florida to Michigan. All ice was melted, the ice bags were wet and slimmy (like they had begun to mold) and the drug was room temperature. I am requesting a replacement of this drug. It was very expensive (almost $1000) and I will not use the drug in the condition it was received.

When I received my second dose it was…
When I received my second dose it was warm. The first dosage was cool to touch.

My medication arrived warm
My medication arrived warm. It was packaged with cold packs but must have been on the hot truck too long. I’m not sure if the medication is ruined. This is too expensive to have this type of thing happen.
