The first shipment I got held much more…
The first shipment I got held much more then it should have for 4 shots plus twice the amount of needles, which made me question the dosage, plus injection instructions came with my second shipment but not my first. When I signed up I was told I would have the opportunity to switch from monthly of $297 to 3 months worth for $891. However I was not given even 24 hours to think about it, it was put on autopay the next day and I was charged $597. I’ve been told that the price has been adjusted and will be reflected on my next bill.

Meds arrived a day later than scheduled…
Meds arrived a day later than scheduled and was no longer cold. You need to consider summer in Arizona when shopping.

Guys, I gave 3 stars because until now I still didn’t lose no weight and I’m very sad about it. When I just start with the 10 units, after 3 weeks I lost 5 pounds because I had diarrhea for 3 days, as soon as the diarrhea stopped, I gained back the 5 pounds , now I’m on 20 units, every time I took it, I had diarrhea after 30 hours and last one day and I lost 3 pounds, as soon as the diarrhea stopped, I gained back the 3 pounds. I want to know it’s going to be like that, besides my appetite didn’t decrease at all. I would rather give a review after 4 months using that medicine because I only have 6 weeks on it. I forgot to add, I do 20 minutes of biking and 30 minutes of walking every day and being also on a low calorie diet with Nutrisystem. Maybe loosing weight is not for me.

Hot messI have been trying to get in touch with…
I have been trying to get in touch with the company for days with no response. No customer support at all even through email. I only wanted one month supply to try before I commit to more and I also didn’t have the money. Please note it is note the quote advertised is not the price, was willing to pay more not to subscribe to getting it each month. The last shipment arrived with out any warning and left on hot steps in the sun. It did not have any cold packs and I have no idea how long it was in shipment. I tried to call the pharmacy that was on the bottle and again not able to talk to anyone about my concerns of the product being hot. Thanks it is good to see that our comments are being read. Thanks for responding and being so nice. I was able to talk to someone after I sent the comment and it am happy they are working on making things right.

Package was in transit for 2 days and…
Package was in transit for 2 days and arrived with only one ice pack which was melted and hot. Will the meds be sage to use and still work? Packaging and delivery need to be better.

I didn't even have to reorder. It came automatically.
My order was delayed 3 days and the contents was hot. It's supposed to be refrigerated. The cost doubled the second order.
