Weight doesn't drop off like they advertise. I am about to start my third month and am have only dropped 15 pounds. I will not be going forward especially the prices have doubled after the first month
Price doubled. I can do the same with just not eating as much.

Pricey
The price was $297 for the first month and then went up $497 the next month. Talk about sticker shock. I was able to talk to someone and they gave me a 3 month discount, which is nice. The price they want is unsustainable.

Unethical practices
They gave me one price then raised it by $200. When I complained they said they would be happy to give me the lower price. This is unethical and I will not work with them any more.

Product is good, SHIPPING sucks.
While the product is good, the delivery was horrible. A month ago, I changed my shipping address from my vacation home in Florida, back to our Wisconsin home. The next shipment almost four weeks later it went to Florida, where it sits in my front entry until my return next fall. I'm out almost $500 with no product. And I'm beyond angry.

How I rate your service
My first month with you went fine. I followed instructions which were inject 25 for the first 2 weeks then 2.5 the second 2 weeks. When I called in my second month you sent me a vial with a total of 2.5 which was only enough for 1 week not 1 month. Even though I sent e-mails I could never get it straightened out. Communication is almost non existent. So I am very dissatisfied.

The medicine is extremely expensive and…
The medicine is extremely expensive and gave me extreme pain in my upper abdomen. I took it as directed for a month and a half on a very low calorie diet and lost no weight. I want out of the program and stop sending me your medicine!

Started out great but I could never get…
Started out great but I could never get ahold of anyone… I am a Diabetes Nurse Educator and know that dosages should be increase about every 4-5 weeks…especially if all indicators ( tolerance, effect, outcomes change). I was never evaluated … I just kept receiving the exact dosage weeks into the program….. I feel like if I’d been able to increase gradually I would have been more successful…. I’d like to get back on the program but would like more consistent dosaging.
