New Shipping protocol needs to be Evaluated
Until today I have been supremely impressed with Reflex MD. This month’s shipping experience was problematic, possibly due to Tropical Storm Debby. Today my medication arrived warm with a melted ice pack. Delivery was delayed a day and I am hoping if the contents were warm they are still effective.

Hello Ellen, We are sorry to hear the ice packs in your shipment were melted. If your package arrived and the medication was warm, don't worry. Sometimes, packages get delayed, or you may not have gotten to it in time after delivery. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been tested and is thermally stable between 5°F and 107°F for a period of up to 5 days. As long as the vial has not exceeded 107° or been exposed to heat for longer than 5 days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.

Good afternoon,
Good afternoon, Until today, I've been pleased with getting packages as shipped and the product was delivered in an ice packet. Today I received the medicine in a warm package. I'm afraid it may not be safe to administer. Please advise.

We are sorry to hear the medication was warm in your package when it arrived, but please don't worry. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.

I received by shipment quickly but the product was warm. The ice packs were completely thawed and warm to the touch. Not sure if I can use it?

For the second month in a row my order…
For the second month in a row my order showed up warm. It seems like it was sent by a different pharmacy than my previous orders (which I requested it not be sent by this pharmacy twice when speaking/emailing support) because the order shows up warm, split into two vials that are more difficult to use, and is sent with 2 day shipping instead of next day (so it sits in the elements for longer periods of time). My last order arrived while I was out of town despite MULTIPLE exchanges with customer support guaranteeing it would not.
