This was my 1st shipment. It was not cold.
This was my 1st shipment. When my UPS driver gave it to me I was so excited. The issue is that the ice packs were melted and the product was warm. I don't know how this will affect performance of the drug. I may have spent a lot if dollars for a product that has been rendered null from the heat it was exposed to. I'm hoping it's still OK. I guess I will know find out within the 1st 30 days of use.

I have been on Semaglutide for 16 weeks…
I have been on Semaglutide for 16 weeks with another company. I started with your company in April and explained that I had been on 40 unit dosage per week. I was sent my first month of 40 unit dosage which was expected. My second month was sent the other day, but the new dosage is only 20 units per week. I have sent your doctor several messages that I should have received the same amount or an increase but to no avail. What a waste to not continue the momentum of the past 20 weeks.

The medication doesn't appear to be having any impact on my weight
The medication doesn't appear to be having any impact on my weight. Even after Dr. Greene increase my dosage, my weight continues to fluctuate. I cannot get beyond my current weight, and it is terribly frustrating. I am not sure what, if anything, can help. My plan is to give it one more month, and unless something substantial occurs with my weight loss, I will discontinue the subscription. Thank you.

We still have not gotten the…
We still have not gotten the prescription that we paid for-over a week ago. It was “pending” for days. I wrote to customer service, and they told me it was still pending “doctor’s approval”. That did not sit well with me, since it had been a long time with no word-so I complained. AMAZING! The doc now tells me (a week late)-we had to now send a video!!! Oh, come on. So we did. It’s now been a week and a half and we have no medication-because no one thought to move this out of “pending”. We pay too much money out of pocket to be handled this casually. I’m disgusted.
