Jethro was very helpful
Jethro was very helpful in his explanation of the current situation with GLP-1 and the FDA ruling. He then gave me options about moving forward so my weight loss would not stall. Jethro made it clear that I could contact him directly with any questions or concerns. He was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was reassured and completely satisfied with the service provided. Reflex MD is a good place to get help!

Bringing Humanity to the Table
RxMd, has a great customer service team. They answered my inquiry promptly and my issues, which have been more than one, were resolved in a professional manner. I'm pleased to put my care in the hands of a company that lets me know that I'm human and not just a number! I feel like my relationship with RxMd is not simply about the dollar bill. I have refered several people to them and they are impressed, as well. They don't pressure me to put myself or my friends out on the network. Some things are personal and likewise, unique. Everything isn't about money and RxMd is an example of that. I'd encourage anyone to take the journey and become the best you that you can be... just a little less of you. I don't want to leave out how well the plan works. The medication seems to be the correct strength and my dosage and progress are both coming along very well. This is the second time that I have taken the journey. I didn't fallow through with the program, the first time, so I never got down to my perfect weight, my bad... They also automatically send you medication to ease the nausea, so you don't have to suffer with that side effect! How cool is that? Thank RxMd for the care you take in bringing humanity back to the care of the people who put their trust in you. Like my family doctor said to me, keep doing what you're doing...

Great responsive team efforts
Great responsive team efforts! Actually received a call & email from/Robert following up on what was really a “mis-call” on my part, when transferring some information on ReflexMd to my son. Very responsive & great CS care

I was canceling my participation in the program and called to do that. The rep was so cordial, professional and easy to talk to it actually made my day better. And she made the process easy as well.

Customer service is amazing
