Started out just fine after about 12…
Started out just fine after about 12 days I was felling a little sluggish, started paying more attention to what I was eating, and I wasn’t eating enough. So I change it all lots of dark greens and lots of protein, started feeling much better and losing more weight. All is good.

100% Satisfied Every time
The customer service I have always received has been impeccable. Someone is always available to speak to me and promptly in English and clearly. My questions are answered in a timeline manner; I don't have to make multiple calls to get an answer. ReflexMD has much better service than my personal doctor's office does.

Jethro was great!
Jethro was great!! The other “customer support”personnel I attempted to interact (vm, texts and emails) with never responded so not sure if they were good or bad. I’m assuming bad because over a ten day time frame, I didn’t hear from anyone!!!

Ongoing excellent experiences
I always receive the shipment on time and in good shape (cold). Packaging is good. No issues - very consistent and well done. I especially appreciate the call I got from ReflexMD explaining the recent FDA changes and ways to make sure I am getting the medication I need.
