So glad I chose ReflexMD!!
I originally found Reflex MD on a Forbes best of 2024 review list. They were more expensive but highly rated for customer service. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED AND SATISFIED! They made everything easy. The online doctor assigned was more attentive than my "actual" primary care doctor. Caught medication interaction issues and addressed needs. All terms, shipping, communication (email, phone & text) have been prompt and thoroughly trackable. Every person I have interacted with has been professional, caring and efficient. I reached goal weight at 14 months and the customer service team was thrilled to cancel my upcoming shipment! Definitely recommend!

Personal attention is important to me
Personal attention is important to me. My first few experiences with Reflex MD were marred by miscommunication and lapses in service. I’ve been much happier with the customer service over the past few months.

Michelle Kane is the best most helpful individualat Reflex MD
I have had problemstrying to get to do the survey! If changes are made to the appearance of the semaglutide, do inform the patient of this change and state if efficacy is unchanged Needles on syringe should be a larger bore because they bend when extracting product from the bottle. Keep price reasonable for patients into the maintenance phase after achieving their weightloss goal.

Jethro is a ROCKSTAR!!!
Jethro took the initiative and resolved my issue immediately. Not only was he extremely efficient and effective, but he also followed up the next day to make sure that I was aware that my delivery was on it's way. WELL DONE!!!!
