Agreed to order, then crickets for several days. Finally I said cancel order. That got their attention. In the meantime I saw my doctor and he ordered for my diabetes. I sent these ignorant people 6 emails telling them to cancel. They sent anyway, I refused delivery and told them. They repackaged and sent again, I refused delivery and told them. Do not order from these people. I am pretty sure I would not have received the package as quickly had I not said cancel it. I had a feeling they were scammers. Should have followed my instincts.

I’ve been with them for 2 months and never had a problem.. until now. Checked my bank and nothing has been charged, emailed them on Wednesday and haven’t heard a word. Usually they get back to you within 24 hours. Radio silence Update: They did get in touch with me and worked hard to get everything right. I will say they said they’d tried to charge my account on 2 separate occasions and it didn’t go through. However, my bank said nothing had been tried. So, I gave them another card connected to the same account and it went through immediately. I was never contacted about my charges not going though. I think it was all a mess, but the support staff worked really hard to fix it! I appreciate that so much and hope for better communication in the future!

If I could give this zero stars, I probably would. I received the first month supply with no issues. However, anytime I reach out with any sort of questions or concerns I am never answered. I’ve tried calling emailing messaging via chat and no one responds to me. But yet my credit card continues to be charged $497, I keep calling the credit card company and declining the charges. This is definitely a scam.

This is a total scam, they debit your account and nothing is delivered.

Placed order online. At the payment step it erroneously claimed card was declined, even though it went through on my bank. No one answers the phone. They did respond to my email (from overseas) and indicated their IT dept would have to 'research' it ... even though I supplied the bank statement showing they received the charge. It's a week later and now they have finally 'agreed' to a refund, which they say will take another 5 days. At this point I am still out $297.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I ordered 8-8-23. They took my payment and I spoke With the doctor who was very nice and helpful. However I call and you can’t get a person. Then you email for a status and they said check spam for fedx tracking. Nothing! SCAM!!!

Was approved on Sunday & prescription sent to pharmacy. Never received meds. Terrible customer service. First said they had shipped it & check my spam folder for FedEx tracking. Nothing. Emailed again and 24 hours later responded that my prescription would ship next week. I told them to cancel. Never got a confirmation so I contacted my credit card company. Their website says 24 hours to get your meds then fine print says 3-5 days. I am at 7 days with nothing.

SCAM, solution provided was NOT SEMAGLUTIDE. WASTED MONEY AND TIME.
