I placed my order and shipping wasn’t…
I placed my order and shipping wasn’t overnight. It took a couple days. The package was boxed secure and packed on ice. The box came with syringes, the vial medication, Zofran and alcohol swabs. My appetite has been reduced. I’m down about 3lbs so far. I also exercise and changed my diet as well. But the medication has been a great help so far.

Once the consultation is completed, and the doctor prescribes your medication plan, there is a timeframe of 2-3 business days for our pharmacies to prepare your custom-made compounded medication. Had great service with reflexmd but to expensive
Had great service with reflexmd There are pleanty more places with more reasonable prices. They also include blood work and same monthly charge from start to finish ,use your due diligence

Please read review
Shipping was excellent. Ordered on Wednesday- arrived at my door on Friday. I wish my Physician's office had called me and checked in with me before mailing out a second order. I wish ReflexMD would have informed me of the cost of the second mail out order Before auto-shipping to me. Thanks for hearing me. Tracking Number: ******23015 Cheers- John

Help/Support has always been able to…
Help/Support has always been able to answer my question right the first time. My only issue has been on weekends where you might not hear back until Monday.

Just joined yesterday
Just joined yesterday, and disappointed because they advertise overnight shipping. Then get a email this morning say its delayed because of demand. Also tried to go into my portal and changed the PW and still won't let me get in. I emailed support and help but all I got was. "We got your email" Hope this wasn't a bad choice going with them. I feel a lot better Jasmin reached out to me and gave me the info I needed. I will raise their stars for now, see how long it takes to get them. Will keep updated!

So far so good
So far so good! I ordered on Saturday and received my first shipment today, Thursday. There was a little delay before it shipped but I got an email explaining why. I did receive my order Next Day after I got the shipping notification. Thankfully it’s finally cooled down some because I don’t know if it would’ve still be cold shipping to Las Vegas in the summer. My concern is that the pricing isn’t sustainable for me but we’ll see!
