I am satisfied with the response to my first review.
After talking with your representative I am told that the product is still safe, effective and good even though it was room temperature when I received it. I am going to keep it, based on this information.

Melted ice packs
Melted ice packs. Not cold. 5 days late. The bad weather back east, delayed shipment. Not their fault. Product is still usable and in good shape

I went from a size 3X to a size 14 so far. REFLEXMD is the company that helped me achieve that weight loss. I am thankful for how easy it was to signup with them and how quickly I received the medication to get started.

Great customer service!!
I had an issue with my order and JESSICA SANCHEZ was fantastic with resolving my order. I give 4 of 5 stars because of the problem that had happened. I give 10 stars to JESSICA!! You were nice to talk too but I…
You were nice to talk too but I couldn’t get on to chat site- it said my email was invalid. Never have received product yet either and since you knew my health history from my previous use of medication I am not sure what is going on!
