Received my medication 2 days after…
Received my medication 2 days after signing up and doing the MD review. Package arrived less than 24 hours after shipment but cold pack was not cold. Not the end of the world as the shelf life is supposedly 28 days at room temperature. I took my first dose which was simple, needles are so fine you barely feel the injection. 2 hours after I am not sure if it is taking effect or if I am just excited but I feel different in my stomach. Really happy with the process so far and hopefully will report great results.

I’ve finished 2 weeks with very few…
I’ve finished 2 weeks with very few side effects. Starting On day 4 I experienced light-headedness but it passed after the first week. I’ve only lost 2 pounds and I’m exercising 5 days a week and following weight watchers diet plan.

Too Frequent Shipments
Everything was great until I received a shipment on Thursday and was charge again for a shipment two days later. I haven't even used the first one! Waiting for resolution to this situation. I love the service and product, just not the frequency!

This company rocks as far as customer service and Dr response time. I've been on it 3 weeks and have effortlessly dropped 7 lbs. You guys are changing lives! And you're doing it so graciously. Thank you!

Very pleased with both ReflexMD and…
Very pleased with both ReflexMD and TrustPilot. A glitch with delivery was rectified with subsequent deliveries. Fortunately ReflexMD had a delayed delivery contingency covered with internal test strip enclosed to verify content use was safe. Product is expensive, but very effective. As good or better than advertised. Honest and responsive people and company. CS has been great!

Resolved my problem!
I had a very frustrating experience interacting with one of their customer service representatives and initially left a one-star review. Since that time, I was able to speak to a very pleasant person named Jennifer who was honest and forthright regarding the issue I had. Because of the interaction with Jennifer, I now see this company in a new light and believe they have integrity and have a goal of always improving. Keep Jennifer ReflexMD! She was a vast improvement over my first interactions.
