Courtney was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful. She asked meaningful questions to try to salvage my membership and understood the challenges I had encountered with ReflexMD and offered multiple solution to me. Courtney was the single most helpful representative I dealt with in my entire relationship with this company. If I could find her, I’d hire her into my own organization. Treat her well or you’ll lose her.
