I contacted them on Thursday later in the afternoon, was approved that day. The doctor did let me know it would take up to 5 days to get here since they do not ship on Fridays. I checked with Kayla in customer service on Monday, she was able to confirm it was being sent and got my tracking # for me. I live in a small town so mail service here sometimes is not quick. But I just got a message from fed ex the meds will be here in an hour. So I cannot complain at all so far.

Held out hope that this was a good company. Got first order and all was fine. Prior to getting second wI told them I could no continue with the program at this time and canceled my membership. They still went ahead and took $497 out of my bank account. Have contacted them three times now to get my money refunded and all I hear from them is crickets! Don’t bother with this company. I have to be fair when it is deserved. Today, after some back and forth with the company, my money was refunded. I liked the actual product and do hope to start my membership again when I can.

I have been a client for almost 4 months now, and I could not be happier with the customer service, the product and my results. Medical intake information is taken properly, and I receive a tracking number the day my medicine ships, I always receive it less than 24 hours later in a cold pack. If you have questions for customer service, they always respond promptly and pleasantly. The medication and telehealth pricing is extremely reasonable, I have not seen it cheaper anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I deal with Keyla and she goes out of her way to make sure I am having no problems. The meds are the most affordable of any of the ones I have checked out. Easy to work with, meds arrive on time,, the access to the doctor, I could go on and on.
