So far so good
The package came in perfect condition. Everything inside the container was well packed and the meds were still cool. There were no issues with the delivery. I started the process on Wednesday last week and received my emails and details about my prescription over the weekend. I received an email communicating a possible delay on Monday and had my medication delivered Friday. I am content with that.

Impressive packaging
My package arrived quickly and was well packaged! The ice blocks were still completely frozen! The meds were also well packaged so as there was no breakage. Thank you!

A slight delay in shipping
A slight delay in shipping, but I got a quick and friendly response when I checked in by email. Everything arrived today, only a couple days later. The included instructions made everything easy.
