Well the box came and was a day late and FedEx just set it on my doorstep without ringing my door so when I came out it was in the sun and said to be refrigerated. When I opened it the ice pouches were liquid so don’t know if I should use

Update 12/31/23: I have to say that ReflexMD has really improved! Their website is now very user-friendly and has much more information and account records, and their email communication is great! Maybe I joined at a time when they were just getting started...? Not sure but am very happy with all the improvements! Update 9/23/23: I'm happy to say that the issues have been resolved quickly. I am still not sure how the pricing works if it's for the eval and meds or just a subscription price so I would be sure to get clarification. Otherwise, the meds came in a couple of days and worked great. 9/21/23: The first month, I did the eval, got approved and then was charged after the prescription was ordered. The second month, I had to ask them what happens next and they sent me a link for the eval, it was approved and after the meds were prescribed, I got charged. Now, I am having issues with multiple transactions that are happening on my card. I was charged two days ago with no eval and no prescription. I called and called and emailed many times until I finally got someone on the phone. I disputed the transaction and canceled my account with ReflexMD and have the email stating that the account was canceled and I would receive a refund for the September 19 charge. Then immediately after I received the email, there was another pending charge on my account. I contacted them again regarding the charge and they proceeded to tell me that monthly charges go through automatically. Really!?! My account was canceled. How does a charge still go through?! And I am still expecting a refund for the other charge. Basically, I was charged for nothing and am SUPPOSED to receive a refund and then also have a pending charge even after my account was supposedly canceled. So far there has been no accountability or effort to resolve this issue.

Charged my card without authorization. Will not respond to emails. Will not respond to calls. Don't do it! Update: they reached out and resolved this matter to my satisfaction - updating to 3 stars as a result
