Very timely
Very timely, shipped fast, great response time. The reason for only 4 stars is the email communication is difficult to follow. Several are sent out and many continue from previous so you have to scroll to find the date and your answer or the question. But overall great service.

Love this
I gave a 4 out of 5 because of price. This script works well. Im no longer eating everything in site. My appetite was completely out of control.

Reflex MD has delayed my refill for 6…
Reflex MD has delayed my refill for 6 weeks now. The pharmacy is back ordered. Once I asked to speak to a supervisor they were able to switch me to an injectable and ship it the next day. They said that I’d get the same pricing as the oral. I received the medication today They gave me additional discounts as well for my inconvenience.

I didn’t get quite enough for my last…update
I didn’t get quite enough for my last dose and then the next shipment was delayed. Once they started processing again I was notified I would receive it on Thursday. It did not come then, nor Friday. I finally got it Saturday late. I am not happy with this. I received a personal phone call and my questions and concerns were addressed. There have been some changes of evidently, and I will consider how to proceed, but I appreciate Jennifer reaching out to me and discussing every concern. For the moment, I’m pleased with the outcome and they were very prompt to reach out.

ReflexMD did an excellent job calming my concerns.
Order was delayed in transit a day but have been reassured that quality or safety was not compromised. ReflexMD has gone an extra mile to allay my concerns with the change in packing, the delay and concerns about the heat. All their company reps and support staff have been very helpful and supportive…..especially Jennifer today!!
