She sent an email and I responded to said email 👍 this is not a negative review, it was odd that they asked me for a review when I asked a question and they answered. They did great answering my one question. Did not seem to warrant a review, that’s all.

My 2 day air
My 2 day air - which I am sure I was charged for - turned into 4 days. The frozen pack were melted and the pouch was definitely not "refrigerated". Change to the brand also without any notification - how do I know it will work the same as what I have been previously taking? I was also a little concerned when I got the email telling me they had charged my card 4 minutes after I got the email asking me to update my information. Not sure anyone is really looking at my stats?

The first vile worked very fast with…
The first vile worked very fast with appetite reduction—the next vile produced much fewer results with appetite suppression. My injection sites become inflamed and itchy. My weight loss does not reduce my body fat, and I am unsure how their formulary should work. I also developed eye problems. I am not sure if these are related to the formulary

Well I haven’t received my order yet
Well I haven’t received my order yet. You send FedEx though I have requested USPS because Fed Ex charges a lot to get it to Anchorage Alaska, then in a week or so they put it in the USPs to me. Costs more takes longer. Says it’s delivered, but that means it has been delivered to Anchorage. No further tracking possible either C S

The shots don’t seem to be working as…
The shots don’t seem to be working as well as they did in the past. For instance I am getting hungrier a lot faster than I had in the past

The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy, no hassle at all. The customer service I received when bringing up an inquiry was not up to standards. They need to bring wellness advisor Lisa Thomas back she was hands down customer focused.

Hello Mike, We are sorry to hear the medication was warm in your package when it arrived, but please don't worry. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.
