Needs significant work
Seems like they charge you the $400/month whether or not you get the medication filled that month, and they bill you three weeks after your last vial arrives. The medication is filled by a compounding pharmacy, which is not FDA approved - so buyer beware. Also, it is NOT easy to cancel!

I have never had the entire process or potential cost explained. Theywere in such a hurry to get my card number. I will likely do something different after this month.

With ReflexMd they are very nice and I did lose 20 lbs very quickly in 1mo. However, nowhere is it written or was I told that the weight you lose is lean muscle mass first. I became weak and now have a lot of sagging skin. It wasn’t until someone told me that that I emailed the doctor and she confirmed it and told me I need to eat a lot of protein and exercise. She never recommended to me how much of either. This is vital information to know prior to going on any medication is the negative side effects. By the way way ALL the side effects are not included when the meds are sent to you from the pharmacy that they use. Any other time I’ve received medication from a pharmacy they’ve always given me a list of ALL the side effects and what the medication is specifically. Here all they say is that it is a glp-1 medication. Now I’m trying to rebuild muscle. It was a good jumpstart and I’ve lost half the weight that I wanted to but beware.

Asking people to keep sending…
Asking people to keep sending embarrassing pictures while being overweight for a refill is over the top. It has to stop. I just replied to refill questioner, but algorithm still requires patients to send Nigerian scammers type of photo to be uploaded just to refill medication. Sad to see that nothing was done by reflexmd to eliminate monthly photo requirement especially holding up Drivers License?!. FYI none of the competitors selling semiglutide asks for monthly pictures no for an ID. Please eliminate this nonsense from questioner, so it can be submitted without embarrassing photos. ReflexMD claims they will reach out to me to resolve my negative experience with them, but it was a lie…… I have not heard from them.

My first order I got my discount.My second order I was charged full priced. I believe I signed up for three month of discount.I canceled after my second order.Because of not getting the second month discounted .If paying cash should get a discount .
