Impossible to Cancel
They don't return calls or emails and you can never talk to an actual person....impossible to cancel subscription!

Another failure. You delivered to wrong address AGAIN!
This is the fourth time you have delivered to wrong address. I've fought each time for refunds and getting it to correct address, yet you consistently fail to deliver! I want a refund, I want the replacement. I would like to speak with someone capable of correcting this failure to deliver.

Avoid ReflexMD
It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The monthly doctor intake forms are only for show. They will bill and mail you successive doses without you completing the intake. Communicating with them was a nightmare. I had a rep who barely could write in English and would take days to get back to me. I asked them to cancel my account 3 times, and they never did. They never fully answered any of my account questions. I ended up having to do a bank chargeback to get the refund I was entitled to. This company only exists to profit off the weight loss rush. There are many other options online, avoid ReflexMD.

Price not what was quoted
Price not what was quoted. Drug not working. Dosage went down when it isn’t even working. 4 months in and no help at all with appetite. DO NOT send me anymore

I do not recommend taking this drug!
I do not recommend taking this drug! It made me extremely ill… Severe stomach problems, and I spent more time in bed than out of it. Serious problems have been reported by many people taking this drug!

You are too expensive-I contacted CS…
You are too expensive-I contacted CS and advised I could get the same meds for under $300 per month ongoing! I was told that you guys only blend 100% with no B12. I checked and others do the same for $200 less- I will be cancelling
