Delivered to the incorrect home
Delivered to the incorrect home. Neighbor delivered package to my home after work. Due to the need for medication to be refrigerated, this is not ideal. Hoping since the weather was cooler, medication will still be effective.

So I love the service but I haven’t…
So I love the service but I haven’t really started to see any appetite reduction until this month and I’m in month 2. I’m still only down 4lbs and I was hoping for more but slow and steady will be acceptable as well. I do love the online help and the ease of doing this from my house.

Sending medicine when it wasn’t ordered.
I called and asked a few questions about what the dosage would be on my next order if I ordered it and they sent it anyway. So hopefully I won’t get charged for it because I didn’t order it and it says that there’s no return on it once it left the pharmacy. That’s what Maria told me anyway.

Not the best on communication
Not the best on communication. Need to adjust the delivery time on a time sensitive basis and followed up with customer support. Nothing. Then emailed the doctor, who responded-talk to customer service. Emailed again and then no reply for days… medicine did arrive before my trip. Days later I got an email asking if I needed help. Communicgreatly needs improvement.
