It was easy to get the medication
It was easy to get the medication which I value. The medicine is not having any effect though. We even upped the dose for the second month but I am feeling no effects. I have not even lost any weight.

Physician follow-up
Need more follow-up by physician to guide the process. Video call once a month would improve process and alleviate concerns about new information coming out about semaglutide related to 20% muscle loss and regaining weight after stopping treatment, etc.

Wish my prescription came sooner
Everything was fine after I took the survey and then the next day the doctor approved for a prescription. After that there was no communication for almost 10 days. I called and wrote them four times each with no call back and no email response. Only after I asked them if this is a legitimate company, did somebody call me back. I ordered on April 22nd,2024, and I didn't get my prescription until May 2nd after 3:00 p.m.. so just keep in mind when they say it's overnight shipping, it is not. Make sure you have at least 2 weeks to wait on it.

They need to be clear on their introductory pricing
The initial order process was fairly simple and the semaglutide medication was shipped and received promptly. However, twenty days later my card was billed for $497 instead of the $297 without prior approval. No authorization was provided to automatically bill my credit card. I called Customer Service and was then informed the $297 was an introductory price. All future shipments would be priced at $497. I took the issue up with Customer Service and they provided a full refund. I changed my rating from two stars to three stars. The order process is still not transparent.

tricky pricy
My membership went from 300 to 500$ from the first to second month. Thankfully I caught it before I was charged but just take note before you get charged more than you plan to be.
