Very disappointed
Very disappointed. All 3 times I got my medications they were not refrigerated enough. I also got an increase on my units but noticed that I got 2. 5 mg/ 1 ml the 2 nd month and then the 3rd month 2.5 mg/2ml. According to instructions you increase your units but not the dose if you calculated it out correctly. So disappointed.

Late and not kept in proper cooling
I recieved my package a day late, which wasn’t a big deal until I opened it and realized that my meds weren’t properly packaged and that the ice bags were not placed properly so the medicine that needs to be kept cold was not!! So I’m scared to even use it and at the price I paid , I wld expect professionalism and assurance of my purchase. Of which neither was done. Very disappointed and feel like I lost my money and investment that I work hard to earn. I wouldn’t recommend to ppl to order from here. Terrible experience.

I didn’t receive any needles with my…
I didn’t receive any needles with my first order, therefore I have this very expensive vial of medicine with no way to use it. Very disappointed in PA.

Hardly any meds in bottle with no label…
Hardly any meds in bottle with no label of what med and drs name. When I called was instructed to fill for needles and now the leaked in refrigerator. A lot of money for what I got and not any help.
