Hello Denise, We are sorry to hear the medication was warm in your package when it arrived, but please don't worry. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.
