Just got my 1st order which took almost…
Just got my 1st order which took almost 2 weeks. When it delivered I realized this is coming from the same pharmacy I have ordered from in the past (not through ReflexMD) but is more expensive for less product. Requested to cancel my 2nd order.

Initially a good experience, but I did NOT sign up for automated shipments of refills, which were sent out and charged.

Can do better at billing. U should say something first
500.00 is outrageous 😳. It makes no sense. If they care about people losing weight. It's not just this place . These online stores should wanna help people not break there bank account.

My card on file expired
My card on file expired, so no shipment sent. Can't get a good phone number to call and update my information, and apparently can't do it on their website. They offered by email to set up a time for a phone call which we did but the call never came. Now I'm stuck in the merry go round

The UI is horrible
The UI is horrible. Hard to manage your account through it. probably wont stay longer if I can't manage my account.

This is just my second month and so far it…
This just my second month and so far it has not gone smoothly! I was charged for my second dose about three weeks into my first month, then nothing. I waited and waited. Finally the doctor reached out with the survey which I completed. Then more waiting. I started texting and sending e mails as it was past time for my new dose. Finally, I received news that they were running behind on orders but they were sending my meds. Check my spam folder for FedEx notification. Meds arrived the next day. Not sure if I should stick with this company or not. They took my money weeks ago and I had to actively pursue my meds to get them! What is happening to customer service these days?!?

Price doubled after first month and the compounding pharmacy has Multiple FDA citations for sterility of products.
