Package arrived warm,
I received my package. It arrived on time but when I opened package the contents were warm. Put in refrigerator but am afraid to use. Is it safe. There were no ice packs and it was sent in regulare Fed Ex mailer. No notice about refrigeration! What are my next steps?

Delivery method/communication needs work.
I’ve been on this for about 5 months and haven’t received one order delivered correctly. Made numerous attempts to correct the address and nothing changes.

Inconsistent billing and shipping
Kept moving the billing date up to within two weeks of the previous deduction from my account.

My shipment arrived hot
My shipment arrived hot. I live in Houston -- it was around 95 degrees today, and it was not delivered until 7:15 pm. The cooling pack was hot. I am afraid to use hundreds of dollars of medication.

Nothing against reflexMD but my…
Nothing against reflexMD but my medication was on the delivery truck for days the ice pack had thawed and was warm, the medication was warm as well, of course i immediately put it in the refrigerator. Now im not sure it is safe to use

The package containing the meds arrived…
The package containing the meds arrived HOT. The package shipped via UPS was not in the same packaging from when FedEx delivered and the interior of the packet was at least 80+ degrees and the contents are warm to the touch. I am concerned the meds have been tainted and are not safe to use.

Failed shipment
As soon as I received notice that I was being charged and the timing of another shipment, I notified the company that I would be at another state at the time of projected delivery. The company indicated receipt of my note a few days before delivery but nevertheless delivered to the stale address so the product is no good. They now want to charge me $297 for a redo to the new address. I am cancelling my subscription.

Had to throw out the Semiglutide as it arrived warm
Thank you to ReflexMD for offering to make good for correcting the delivery timeline with replacement of semiglutide so I can stay on treatment plan with no disruptions. Very much appreciated! Shipping notifications are weird. I get a billing notification (thanks to my credit card company) but not a timely shippiing notification from ReflexMD. It makes staying on track with the treatment very difficult. The worst part is it took 5 days to arrive via FedEx and the product is supposed to be kept cold, which it was not. Even the inside of the shipping box was warm. Bottom line, I am not sure now that the semiglutide is safe to use so I have to discard the vial. I am trying to get healthier with weight loss and I am not confident the product was handled safely through shipped method. Very frustrating.
