Quick friendly shipments!
Quick friendly shipments! Lost a glove so this was a replacement order. My med left pink glove was a hair smaller than the last pair. Mostly only noticeable as that hand is recovering from multiple fractures and thus a lil swollen and not exactly a pleasure to tug on. Will still purchase again when I lose yet another glove though I might get a larger size.

Socks are great! Stickers not so much.
Socks are great! Very comfortable. However, ordering the additional reflective decals was a mistake. They are backed with a very light-weight adhesive. Just the breeze of riding is enough to peel them off.

I'm sorry the stickers didn't work for you. With this higher reflectivity type of reflective one thing to consider is the radius it is applied to. If the radius is smaller than a marker, it will likely not stick so well. Normal bicycle tubes are fine. The other thing to consider is that the surface is clean and dry first. You can use rubbing alcohol to clean your bike or a good soap and water washing should work. Another factor is the decal; you can put the longer decals around something the size of a marker if it wraps on itself. Also some surfaces may just never work if they aren't smooth and flat or have the paint has a texture or anti stick coating on it.

Wonderful customer service! ... but the gloves did not fit - lacks wrist adjustment
The company has wonderful customer service! The gloves did not fit and they promptly gave me a refund and free return postage. Also liked the look of the glove, so I thought the glove and company earned a 4 star rating. However, the fact is the gloves did NOT fit and lack any adjustment feature in the wrist. I just wish there were a few additional tools on their web site for fitting - perhaps outlines of the hand sizes that match glove sizes that one can print and use for fitting. The body of the glove fit, but the fingers were almost an inch too long. Also, the wrist area was too tight, with no elastic or velcro adjustment strap.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. Most of our gloves have a wrist adjustment, but our lightweight running gloves do not. I bet our windproof cycling gloves would work for you if you'd like to try them. They have velcro on the wrist that should work for you. They are only in fluorescent yellow and have some hand padding, though. They are warmer, but I've used them running before and they work great (especially if your hands run cold). As always, free returns if they don't work for you. -Ben
