Hi Carolyn- I'm sorry we sent the review request before it arrived. It looks like this arrived on August 6. We typically ship the next business day (99% of orders) and our standard shipping option is USPS ground advantage (from near Las Vegas) so it takes 3-5 days to arrive. Your order had an unusual 3 day delay in shipping, I'm sorry about that. I went ahead and gave you a $5 refund for the delay.

Hi Dave- I'm glad we were able to connect via email and I appreciate your feedback. As we discussed, you received your order 4 days after purchasing and an automatic order confirmation was sent to you right after you ordered with a link for order info (including tracking when updated). Based on your feedback, I also changed our process to include a shipping confirmation email. -Ben O'Brien
