ReelShort Review: Greed that drives away users. Take an example from quality productions! I am extremely disappointed with the monetization policy of this application. Asking for huge amounts of money to unlock episodes of just one minute is a total lack of respect. Instead of emptying our pockets with an aggressive paywall system, you should learn what real value and respect for the audience means from real cinematographic productions. I just recently watched the animation "200% Wolf" Beyond the complete and well-structured story (which you don't have), that project shows what evolution and professionalism mean. A remarkable example is the Romanian team that handled the dubbing of the film. Exceptional artists like Paul Zurbău (Freddy Lupin), Anda Tămășanu (Lady Hightail) or Cosmin Petruț (Moopoo) demonstrate what it means to deliver an impeccable final product, made out of respect for the viewers, not out of desperation for profit. You should take your notebook and write it down: users cannot be charged indefinitely for fragmented and questionable quality content. Offer quality and respect, not aggressive marketing schemes! And for the general public, the film "200% Wolf" is a perfect recommendation for families and children

Im very disappointed in was really enjoying watching the story, then the "coins" ran out and I had to purchase more to finish what I was watching. Unfortunately I was really enjoying the story and went to buy "coins" never went through, fortunately but to actually make a complaint you have to take a screen shot of the error popup if you dont/ or there is not one you can not fill in the contact us form. Im lucky no money taken but its very expensive to watch the rest of your story the "coins" run out fast such a con.

I like the stories but they do not charge what they tell you they are going to charge. Weekly charge was to be $19.99 and I am being billed $31.49. They are a F'ing rip off. I will never use this AP again. This is the only one of all I have tried that I have had this problem with and all basically have the same story lines.

Paid for VIP only for a week as stupidly i wanted to finish off a reel I was watching,they took my money bug I could not access the rest of the reel,no communication after I got in touch with them AVOID

They take $37 every week!!! Without my permission. Apparently they have activated a second subscription simultaneously and I have no way of stopping it. The first subscription I was able to end through Apple subscription overview but this second one doesn’t show and doesn’t give any options for ending it on their website. Also there it says I have an ongoing subscription for a different amount than what they take from my cc. Definitely scammers! I will have to contact my bank. Do not fall for it!

You earn coins and then it makes you spend those coins on episodes you already watched. Scam to try and get your money...

I subscribed for 1 week with intention to cancel after- I cancelled on day 6 from the Google store like it states on their app to do yet they've taken 2 payments since this. It states on my Google store I no longer have a subscription yet money still being charged and its growing each tome they tane a payment. No customer services listed on app no contact details. It's shocking, not happy at all! - Money robbers

Videos were good. Now that I have canceled my subscription, I am still being charged weekly for the app. I have contacted the parent company and they refused to help me cancel the payments being taken out. I will never subscribe to this app again and do not recommend starting this service to anyone!
