Do not trust! They should be shut down with the scam they are doing. It's pretty well impossible to unsubscribe and it's pretty well impossible to stop payment. Their a scam and they have it down pat if you subscribe you're going to regret it and you got months of trouble ahead of you when you try to stop. Hopefully you're not in my situation where you no longer have a job and you got to worry about the last bit of your money being taken by this crap because you can't stop it

Although some of the dramas are excellent, the way they handle the coins is a scam. I watched ad after ad to get free coins. I went back to watch one of the "free" episodes to understand the drama better and they took coins because I went back. Also they say each episode is 60 coins but in reality, the higher the episode number the more coins it takes to watch. The only app that actually did as they advertised is Mobo Reels. When you cancel, they stop taking money. At least that's what happened with me. Buyer be warned.

ReelShort continues to charge customers even after subscriptions are canceled. I canceled my subscription weeks ago, yet the charges keep coming. The cancellation process is confusing and appears designed to make it difficult for customers to actually stop payments. Customer service has been unhelpful, and getting this issue resolved has been far more difficult than it should be. No company should continue billing customers after they have canceled. If you’re considering subscribing, be aware that canceling may not be as straightforward as expected. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this service based on how they handle cancellations and billing issues

They promised you free episodes after watching 10 ads. When the ads ended the episodes were still blocked. The shows are good but it’s not worth your time or money. They are other reels out there. These guys are con artists. Save your time and money.

I was charged 3 separate times in the amount of $31.63 on weekly service I never signed up for and never authorised the charges that were made ans since mid April 2026 they have trying charge the 31.63 twice a day on 2 credit cards. How they got my credit card info is a complete mystery to me. I live alone and no one has my credit info not even my pet fish. The support sux big time, they ask me for a UID when I told them 3 separate time I do not have a UID and nor an account with Reelstream they practically refusing to reverse the charges that made after showing them all the screenshot of my transaction through my creditors but still not enough. Just recently I contacted again with the same run around no help, no refunds, no stopping the unauthorized attempted charges to my cards but luckily I locked my 2 credit cards and debit cards. Now I am having my 2 cc replace. What nightmare this media service and over priced, gee netflix cheaper, So a big warning to everyone out there do not deal with Reelshort Stream, they are very deceiving and trap you into a subscription. I subscribed for one week with the intention of cancelling before renewal. I cancelled the subscription on day 6 through the Apple App Store exactly as instructed within your app. My Apple subscriptions clearly show that I no longer have an active subscription, yet I have still been charged twice since cancelling, with the amount increasing each time. There are no visible customer service details or support contact options within the app, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable for a paid subscription service. I require: An immediate investigation into these unauthorised charges Confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled A full refund for all payments taken after cancellation If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through Apple Support and my bank provider. Please respond urgently.

You get 30 seconds of video, then spend a minute watching ads. You can't watch the entire film without spending money. I think you can watch about 5 ads before it cuts you off. I thought I would give it a try. I wish I hadn't bothered. This is probably the biggest ripoff out there. My advice is to just stay away
