Reel Casino is not worth your time.
Reel Casino is not worth your time. It took them 3.5 weeks to verify me. They made me resubmit my verification 4 different times. I won roughly $950 and now trying to redeem it has a whole other hassle. My redemption shows rejected on my account. They sent me a separate email saying it’s been sent to my bank. However, my account shows they took that money out of my account. I called my bank and they said that they have not received any incoming transaction for that amount. I contact customer support and they just tell me it’s been escalated to the right team and then ghost me when I ask to speak to someone directly on that team. Overall terrible experience! Most likely a scam. Wouldn’t waste your money on this social casino! Better places out there! Update: I did eventually get my money. However, it still was a pain and I plan on never playing on this site again.
