SCAM!!! I won $2200 over 2 weeks ago!!! I submitted my light bill and my bank statements multiple times for them to tell me to resend in PDF format which I did. I received another email saying my docket could not be verified. I’ve used many casino sites and have never been through this. They don’t want to payout so please don’t play this casino site. O explained to them that I will have my attorney teview this and report them to BBB. They should be taken down!!! Don’t waste your time it’s definitely a SCAM. They now have my personal information and banking info with NO payout

Response to the casinos reply: What you failed to mention was the 3 days of constant emails and failed and rejected Redemtion requests it took to get the 300sc, and after the successful redemption for 300sc, it was right back to rejected and failed redemptions. I didn’t feel like spending 3 more days to try and get another one to go through. My review stands, and it’s amazing how you have a clever answer for each negative review (they’re piling up), when you should be focused on not being a scummy site. FINAL UPDATE: I’ve tried over 5 redemtions through bank and crypto and all have been sent back to my account. No reasons, just sorry we will look into it and technical issue excuses. KYC was completed and approved before redemption request made. Paid with Apple Cash, and redeemed via bitcoin. Terms clearly state if original payment method can’t receive payments, an alternative can be selected (hence the bitcoin). When I asked for an explanation I received this response: “After checking your account, I can see that two redemption requests for 900 SC were rejected. Unfortunately, I don’t have visibility into the specific reasons for the rejections, but I’ll escalate this to our team so they can investigate further and provide clarification. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I receive any news. Thank you for your patience!“ I then corrected them that it was only 1 request and received this response: “ I’m sorry for the confusion. You’re right, it’s a single redemption request. Please rest assured that this is not a scam. Our financial team handles redemption requests and can provide clarification on the exact reason for a rejection. That’s why I mentioned that I would check with them on your behalf. Could you please submit your redemption request again? I’ll follow up with our financial team to see if they can review it and help speed up the approval process. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!” I will continue to update. UPDATE: after many attempts and back and forth with support, I have been unable to redeem. Site seems like a scam to me. I would definitely avoid.

Currently waiting for a full refund from their site that I was promised after my account was hilariously "banned due to fraud" by initiating a withdrawal. I have been given the go around 10 different times by their "support" who offer NO SUPPORT funny enough. This is the single worst sweeps site I have ever seen and cannot in good faith not leave an awful review after what I've been treated like. Please report them to their respective gaming commission. *EDIT* it's been weeks and still NO refund that was promised to me weeks ago, even after being told it's been processed, absolutely vile site

My experience with Reel Casino was extremely frustrating. I attempted to purchase a package using several legitimate payment methods, including a Wells Fargo credit card, a Capital One credit card, a bank debit card, and a Chime card. These are cards I regularly use for purchases elsewhere without problems. Reel Casino's payment system repeatedly failed to complete the transactions. The one payment that did go through — using my Chime card — was actually charged TWICE, yet the coins I purchased were never credited to my account. At least those charges were eventually refunded. After all of that, Reel Casino emailed me saying they had BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT because they detected "multiple unsuccessful payment attempts" and claimed this violated their Terms & Conditions and payment security requirements. That is ridiculous from a customer's perspective. The unsuccessful attempts happened because I was trying different legitimate payment methods after their checkout system repeatedly failed. Their own system even managed to double-charge the one card that did process while failing to deliver the purchased coins. Instead of investigating why their payment processing wasn't working properly, their response was to block my account and blame the failed payment attempts on me. I've used plenty of other online sites where these same payment methods work normally. Based on my experience, Reel Casino's payment processing was dysfunctional, and the way they handled the situation was unprofessional. If your payment system repeatedly declines legitimate cards, double-charges a successful transaction, fails to deliver the purchased product, and then blocks the customer for attempting other payment methods, something is seriously wrong with the process.
