3 business days shipped from Singapore to NYC via DHL. Handbag came with original tag and dustbag, and some tissue paper inside the bag to hold its shape. Packed neatly inside a hard cardboard box and wrapped with ribbon. The delivery package is further placed in a relatively thick quality plastic packaging to prevent damage. Box was brand new looking and not recycled/beat up from delivery. Overall would order from them again if the price is right.

First of all, my Marni Trunk bag was arrived exactly on time and it was nicely packed, which I`m very impressed. Personally, I do have a thing about packaging especially when it comes to handbags. More importantly, for those who are still hesitating about purchasing at Reebonz, I had the same hesitation before, but still I gave it a try. Well guess what? I`m very satisfied. The handbag came in good quality and it`s definitely not counterfeit. I also got a call from Reebonz about one day after I got my bag, asking me whether I was satisfied with the purchase. The lady I talked to was very nice and I expressed my satisfaction sincerely to her as well. Last, make sure you use a credit card that has not foreign transaction fee here.
