I bought an item I ended up returning and felt a bit uneasy about the returns process as I live in the US, but it was very easy and convenient. I was able to start the return process online, print out the delivery documents, and a DHL person came to pick up the package so I didn't have to leave the house. It did not take more than a week or two to get a confirmation email from Reebonz that the item was returned and a few days later the item was credited back to me. This was a great shopping experience and I would definitely buy from this site again.
