Customer service is excellent. I noticed a preowned "Pristine" bag was described as having no visible marks, but the photos clearly showed a little bit of dirt on the handles and bottom. I messaged Customer Service and they quickly amended the description and confirmed that the photos were of the actual bag. I purchased the Givenchy Antigona bag using coupons and got an amazing deal. Shipping was so fast and the packaging with the box and bow was fabulous. Super happy with my purchase!
