I just had a very nice experience making reservations with Benz at Southwest Airlines. He was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. Isaac, was Amazing. He took his to help me get a great quote, and he was very professional. Because of that I would fly jet blue as much as possible. And recommend friends andfamily to try the experience with jet blue. And when they do call in, ask for Isaac.
