Awful awful company

If i could give half a star I would. I had a flight with a connection in another city, prior to arriving at my final destination. The first flight was delayed by United airlines by 1.5 hrs, which in turn would’ve made me miss the connecting flight. I call this red umbrella company and my god. I was put in contact with a very rude man that unfortunately barely spoke English. I explained the situation and that I needed help rearranging my flights. He gave me a singular option and told me that it would cost me $400 to change the flight. I then asked if there was any other option as the flight delays were not my fault and that I paid less than that for the full round trip. He began getting angry with me and demanded my credit card information. I asked to speak with another employee or supervisor. The man then said “ma’am just let me book this and let’s move on b/c I’m tired of talking to you. You don’t understand anything”. So rude…..this company is a SCAM!! And to prove that I called united airlines directly. Not only were they extremely pleasant, but they changed my flight (gave me several options) and then switched it free of charge.
