Kylie was AMAZING! Aug 5th our westjet flites were cancelled due to major storm in calgary. It was extremely important to arrive back in London UK asap. She cancelled and refunded our westjet flites, found new air canada flites to ensure arrival in UK ws expedited all successfully. She had professionalism, empathy and grace while dealing with an extremely emotional traveller. Cannot thank her enough!♡

I am so grateful to Frontier Airlines. The 1st representative to help me was Richard Parker. I had been stuck in chicago from canceled flights for 3 days and had no luck with various different travel services untill I called frontier. Richard was on the phone with me very helpful, kind and patient for almost 2 hours and assured me he would make sure I'm taken care of. Now I can rest and get to my destination safely.
