Victor Helped Me
Victor did what he could to help me, but most of the blame for the confusion goes to Frontier. They website showed that my refund was one thing and Victor showed on his end $100 less than what my refund stated on the website. Had to wait additional time for Victor to fix the confusion caused by the Frontier Website. This will probably be my last time using Frontier. But overall Victor helped me out and was able to get me my new confirmation number and additional luggage on board due to the hassle.
